Abstract:
“The mechanisms linking the gut microbiota and immune-related outcomes in cancer patients remain incompletely understood. Our group has focused on the mucus-degrading subset of intestinal bacteria and their relationship to diet and the intestinal barrier. We are also beginning to study T cell recognition of bacterial antigens using a new tool we have developed to screen antigens against T cell receptors.”
