Research Internship Program 2027

We welcome Bachelor’s and Master’s students from diverse backgrounds, who wish to pursue a Master’s or PhD program in a field related to Bio2Q.

ELIGIBILITY

Graduate School of Medicine:
Bachelor’s and Master’s students (including graduates) who wish to study in a Master’s/PhD Program
Graduate School of Science and Technology or Pharmaceutical Sciences:
Master’s students (including graduates) who wish to study in a PhD Program


PROGRAM PERIOD

8 – 12 weeks (between May 10 – August 10, 2027)

FINANCIAL SUPPORT

Accommodation expenses* / Travel expenses (capped by conditions)
*Designated housing only

APPLICATION PROCESS

  1. Prepare “Required Documents”, and submit via Keio Web Entry System or email
  2. Receive results of document screening
  3. Participate in an online interview
  4. Receive final results (around February 2027)

FAQ

Q: Is it okay if I communicate only in English?

A: Yes. Japanese is not required. Communication in Bio2Q is conducted in English.

Q: Can the internship dates be flexible within the program period?

A: Yes. The exact start and end dates can be coordinated with your host lab upon acceptance.

Q: Can international applicants or recent graduates apply?

A: Yes. We welcome applications from both current students and recent graduates worldwide.
